Shipping Policy

Zulúm Shop is an intermediary and distributor, not a manufacturer, of the products it offers and sells through its website. For this reason the delivery times are not fixed as the purchase order is sent to the manufacturer and takes around 7-10 days until the manufacturer has the item ready and another 3-4 days until it is archived, sorted and sent to the end customer.

Shipping times are set at 10-20 days. (Orders are not sent or delivered on weekends or holidays.) If we are experiencing a large volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

However, if FreeVibez exceeds the availability of the paid product by 50 calendar days, the user may exercise his or her right to an immediate refund. Zulúm Shop shall be liable for any delays of more than 50 days in delivery times, and undertakes to reimburse the total amount of the delayed order from the last day of this period.

On-time delivery guarantee: We want to make sure that your purchase arrives on time, therefore we offer a guarantee that the products will be delivered.

Scope of the guarantee:
All products at FreeVibez are guaranteed to be delivered within a maximum of 50 days under the conditions of the "delivery policy". If you purchase any product through the site, you are protected if you do not receive your order on time.
Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong delivery address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the seller's control (i.e. not approved by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances beyond Zulúm Shop's control
4. Unauthorised charges made to your bank account.
